Self acclaimed dancehall king Shatta Wale and three others are set to reappear before the court this morning.
The singer Ayoo hitmaker and his accomplices were remanded into prison custody by an Accra Circuit Court on Thursday, October 21, when they made their first appearance.
Shatta Wale, on October 19, turned himself in to the police shortly after he was declared wanted by the Ghana Police Service.
The bojor singer allegedly faked an assassination’s attack after the founder and leader of New Life Kingdom Chapel International Bishop Stephen Akwasi AKA Jesus Ahuofe gave a prophecy that he would be shot dead just like Lucky Dube .
However, he pleaded not guilty to the charge of publishing false news and causing fear and panic.
His accomplices, Kojo Owusu Koranteng, Idris Yusif, and Eric Venator, were also charged for abetment of crime.
Similarly, they also pleaded not guilty to the charge.
